Felicia Guidry, a true GEM Going the Extra Mile a “Source” in her business and community. Her mission is Removing Roadblocks, Equipping Entrepreneurs, Launching Leaders, and Taking Territory. A serial entrepreneur, national speaker, financial coach, and Business Development Trainer. She is the Vice President, independent broker of GRG Benefits & Consulting, LLC -Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma Region. She has expanded her Real Estate Brokerage business model to incorporate a focus on financial wealth building principles for adults and youth. She believes the financial education service component that includes credit restoration, financial literacy debt management and legacy protection will increase access to homeownership.

Felicia's holds a degree in Business Management, with her education and experience as a real estate instructor has helped her create unparalleled training and education programs on financial health building principles. With a great sense of humor and solid principles she leads, train and motivates to build and cultivate relationships. She has launched the G.R.I.P. (Get Resources in Perspective) a campaign to bring awareness of personal and business finances. She also teaches Realtor Resources in Property Tax Arbitration and Consulting.

As a national speaker she brings awareness and solutions to the community regarding finance and real estate for residential and commercial acquisition. She is an advocate for democracy in housing to create wealth and stability in communities through home ownership. Felicia spends countless hours on her passion hosting financial literacy, homebuyer education workshops and Realtor Resource Seminars within her community. Felicia soon, became a radio personality hosting Manifest Monday for Gospel Radio Nation.

Felicia has anchored her community service for the last 10 years with the Houston Black Real Estate Association. She currently serves as the President with past positions 1 st and 2nd Vice President, Board Member, Co-Chair Board, Secretary, and Chaplain, of the organization for several terms. She currently serves as a Board Member for (TAREB) Texas Association of Real Estate Brokers. Where she awarded the first award for Chaplain of the year in a 72-year-old organization.

Felicia gives back to her community by hosting back to school supply drives. She was the founder of “Walk the Talk” a 5k fun/run to raise annual scholarship proceeds for the Women’s Council of HBREA. Felicia has earned numerous advancements and designations relating to her profession: Real Estate Broker, Certified Commercial Real Estate Investment Planning Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, International Sales Agent, Military Relocation, Asset and Property Management, Relocation Specialist, and Certified Distressed Property Expert, Certified Credit Consultant and Smart Credit Certified to name a few.
