Lora L. Washington is the President/Owner of LorCo Incorporated dba Washington Realty Group & Associates and Washington Mobile Notary Services. She is also a Managing Partner with JW ED Holdings, LLC. She has been in the real estate business for over 18 years. She is an accomplished Real Estate Broker, Instructor, and Consultant. Bringing extensive knowledge of the real estate market, strategic leadership, management, and consulting to her position, Lora offers her clients an outstanding level of service in Residential and Commercial Real Estate.

Lora serves on the board of several non-profit organizations. She is currently the President of the North Texas Association of Realtist, a local chapter of The National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB); Director for NAREB; NAREB Region XII – Treasurer; Director for Veterans Association of Real Estate Brokers (VAREP), and Site Director for Denton County Medical Reserve Corp. She is the Past President of Women’s Council of DAREB. Lora successfully chaired the Texas Association of Real Estate Brokers (TAREB) State Conference in 2015 & 2016 leaving the conference both years with a great financial gain.

Known by her tenacity, perseverance, and hard work afforded her the opportunity to be awarded Dallas Association of Realtist® (DAR) 2014 Realtist® of the Year award, Texas Association of Real Estate Brokers (TAREB) 2015 Realtist® of the Year award, and Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP) Patriot’s Medal for her service in working with veterans. Lora also was named one of the “Best Real Estate Agents in Dallas” in 2017 & 2018 by D Magazine.

Lora holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Clothing & Textile Communications from Louisiana State University, Master of Science (MS) in Human Relations & Business, and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Leadership both from Amberton University. She also holds a certificate in Project Management.

She enjoys traveling, cooking, volunteering, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
