Gloria D. Sandiford, B.S., M.A., LREB Professional Experience: Gloria Sandiford is a Principal, Corporate Broker and Vice President at Flateau Realty Corp, with responsibility for the development of residential and commercial sales and leasing businesses, marketing strategy and has oversight of company operations.

Prior to joining Flateau Realty Corp, in 2005 she founded the Queen’s Property Management Company where she served as President. In 1999, Sandiford began her real estate career as a sales agent with Weichert Realtors Corp., New Jersey, where she specialized in the sale of historic properties. Her energetic, creative and personable style allowed her to quickly achieve multi-million dollar club status and receive numerous Sales Agent of the Year awards. "An entrepreneur at heart", Sandiford attributes her business savvy to the unparalleled executive training she received over a stellar, twelve (12) year career with Federated Department Stores. Notable was her work of four (4) plus years as, Retail Merchandise Buyer with responsibility for fourteen (14) upscale cosmetic and fragrance brands throughout seventeen (17) retail stores across NY & NJ. Prior to this position she was the Corporate Direct Marketing Manager for four (4) years where she played a pivotal role in establishing the company's first-ever computerized, Target Marketing System, which became the standard throughout the retail industry and remained for many years thereafter.

Volunteer/Community Activities:

Currently, Sandiford serves Board Chair for the Bedford-Stuyvesant Real Estate Board, Inc., and served as President from November 2015 through November 2017, and as First & Second Vice President. She served as an Executive Members of the Board with Neighborhood Housing Services of Bedford-Stuyvesant Inc., (NHS of Bed-Stuy); and as President, The 600 Jefferson Avenue Block Association (600 JABA).
