Justin C. Williams is CEO of Just-In Time Realty Group powered by Keller Williams Realty. With over thirteen (16) years of sales experience and eight (8) years in real estate, Justin has quickly become one of the premier executives in the real estate industry. With humble beginnings growing up in Burnt Corn, AL, Justin navigated his way to graduate with honors from Monroe County High School in 2006, and then finishing his Bachelors in Communications from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2010. During his time at UAB, Justin became a member of the greatest Fraternity in the World, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

Since starting his career in real estate in 2014, Justin received the Keller Williams Vestavia “2015 Rookie of the Year” award. In 2016, he went on to produce $3 million sales in volume by selling 25 homes. 2017 proved to be another year of growth, as Justin sold 35 homes which garnered $5.5 million in sales volumes, and led to him becoming a member of the Agent Leadership Council (ALC), a designation given to the top 20% agents within Keller Williams. With sustaining his position amongst the ranks of the top producers, 2019, 2020, & 2021 have proven to be highlighting years with selling over 40 homes each year with a Sales volume of $8 Million per year. During these highlight years, Justin has consecutively achieved being the #1 African American Single Agent in the Largest Real Estate Brokerage in the State of Alabama. Justin has also previously served as a Productivity Coach within the Keller Williams Vestavia Market Center, a position that allowed him the opportunity to assist new agents with starting and producing successful results within their own business. Justin prides himself on fulfilling the mission statement of his organization Positively Impacting The World & The Lives Of People Through The Platform Of Real Estate! Not one to rest on his Laurels, Justin is an active member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) where he has served in the capacity of Public Relations Chairperson, 2nd Vice President, & now Local Board President.

Active in the local community, Justin has served on the Junior Board of Growing Kings Inc. & the Young Professionals Leadership Council of the American Diabetes Association. With mentoring young men being a passion for Justin, he has served as a Mentor for “Ready to Succeed” which is a program powered Rotaract Birmingham. He has also served as a Youth Leader for “Young Lives Matter” initiative for For-Word Christian Center. Engulfed in his passion, He is currently a Mentor with “Better Choices For Success” which is mentoring program for at risk males that has spearheaded by a Birmingham City School Board Official.

Passionate about serving others, mentoring, wealth building, and leadership development, Justin lives his life by the words of Mahatma Gandhi, “Live as if you were to die tomorrow. When he is not helping families one real estate transaction at a time, Justin enjoys his down time by spending time with his Wife & Son, investing in real estate, playing golf, reading novels, traveling the globe, exercising, and fellowshipping with friends.
