Kescha Vaughn has over 34 years of diverse financial services experience, banking, insurance, real estate, credit and mortgage financing. Having been in the mortgage industry since 1995, she has helped thousands of families achieve their American dream of homeownership. Her business has been built on customer referrals and satisfied real estate professionals. She has both the experience and tools to look at the customer ’s file and help the customer make a sound educated decision. Being well versed in the entire mortgage process, products, and programs, she has help low, moderate, and affluent income borrowers. She uses her expertise to make the mortgage process smooth and increases a realtor’s on time closure rate with accuracy and speed. She has been nicknamed “The Olivia Pope of Mortgages” because of her knowledge and resources.

Kescha Vaughn maintains a working relationship with various community groups, Realtors, Realtists, Faith Based Organizations, and Community Development Corporations. She continues to volunteer her time to organize and facilitate Homebuyer Workshops and Seminars. She conducts one on one coaching on credit and eliminating debt. She encourages individuals to start a business if their heart desires. Kescha Vaughn is as Sr. Mortgage Officer with Meridian Bank, licensed in all states. She is the President of Realtist Association of Delaware, a chapter of NAREB. She is currently married to her husband for 30 years, has four children and one grandchild. Originally from Philadelphia, she currently resides in Delaware for the past 21 years.
