Kristen is a native of the Lexington area and was raised in a family with deep ties to the community & public service. She is a proud graduate of Fisk University, Belmont University, & most recently the University of Kentucky. Currently, Kristen is a Realtor with the K&D Team at Lifstyl Real Estate. She started her career in real estate in 2018 with her husband Darry Bond Jr. Together they are both passionate about serving & giving back to the community in which they were raised. For Kristen, what started as a desire to see more communication and representation among minority realtors in Central Kentucky, transformed into the resurgence of our local NAREB chapter. As President, Kristen is committed to increasing chapter membership through engaging events & outreach opportunities, that cater to the needs of real estate professionals and the community. As well as building strategic relationships with like-minded community partners to help serve our mission.
