With 23 years of experience in the complimenting fields of Finance and Real Estate, Janay has perfected the maxims of connecting people to outstanding real estate opportunities through financial literacy empowerment.

Through her companies, Boom Consulting LLC and Heritage Wealth Coaching, Janay educates and guides her clients on Financial Wellness and Wealth accumulation through Real Estate. As the President of the Queens REALTIST Association of NAREB and the Board of Directors for the NYS Association of REALTORS®, she strives to make the industry a better place for all and create an environment that elevates the experience for the consumer and community at large and grow homeownership. Being the Co-Chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, helps me influence education programs, bylaws, legislation, fair housing, and the organization’s strategic planning, create networking opportunities, and provide opportunities for the underserved.
