Andrew "Druski" Scott, better known in the Real Estate Industry as "The House Plug" is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker. He's a partner of Scott Real Estate with his Dad, André A. Scott who has over 34 years in the business. Over the last 8 years, Andrew has worked himself into the top 100 Agents for transactions in the Buffalo-Niagara region for Residential units and the lead producing Black Agent in his region. As a second generation practitioner, Andrew takes pride in work for the family company and moves through the space with integrity, innovation and incentivisation to break the chains binding generational wealth.

In his personal life, he's a Father of four, three children and one adult. He believes that it's imperative to provide experiences for them that he didn't enjoy, while exposing them to the world of Real Estate...something his Dad did for him at a young age. He does his best to ensure they see his labor and understand that the fruits thereof don't come easy. The work ethic that he was taught is passed down...but not without the generational wealth. His eldest is heading to Alabama State University and plans to become an Architectural Engineer. Andrew wishes that his Father's legacy passes through him and carries into his children where they can all work together in the Real Estate space together.

He's a co-Founder and the President of the Erie-Niagara Board of REALTIST®, the active local board covering the Buffalo-Niagara region with the National Association of Real Estate Brokers®. The Board is "Intentionally Discipline" with their actions because Buffalo is now statically the second most segregated city of over 108,000 in the United States. Their mantra is "Access and Execute". Andrew also serves as a NAACP Member, the Chairperson for Black Restaurant Week 716 with the Buffalo Urban League Young Professionals and a DEI Cultural Event Chairperson for the Buffalo-Niagara Association of REALTORS® (local NAR board).
