Mrs. Cooksey has over 35 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. She has spent the majority of those years working to provide equal housing opportunities in the inner city. Andrea is the Broker Owner of EXIT REALTY 360 a full-service real estate firm. She has handled all facets of commercial and residential real estate. She was the former construction sales supervisor with Quality Homes of Texas, Inc. where she developed and sold over 150 new homes and several commercial carwash/hotel projects.

A strong commitment to community development, involved with several organizations serving as a board member of The Northeast Economic Development Council, & the Acres Home Center for Business and Economic Development. Chairman, Texas Association of Real Estate Brokers (TAREB) She is the immediate past Chairman of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers only being the second Woman to hold this position in 69 years of the oldest minority trade association. Regional Coordinator for NID Housing Counseling Agency a HUD approved counseling agency. Most recently honored as one of Houston's 2015 Who's Who in Black Houston.

Andrea Hilliard-Cooksey is a native Houstonian who attended Jack Yates Sr. High and The University of Houston. She is knowledgeable of both inner-city and suburban development throughout the city. Andrea is married to Jeffery Cooksey for 35 years with one daughter Ashley Nicole.
