A. Denise Franklin has been an active real estate professional in Greenville, SC since 1989. She is an agent with Blackstream | Christie’s International Real Estate. She has been an active REALTIST and member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) as a charter member of The Upstate Realtist Association (TURA). She served as Local Chapter President for The Upstate Realtist Association (TURA).
Denise is a graduate of Southern Wesleyan University with a degree in Business Management. She is active in her community and currently serves as Secretary for United Housing Connection. She is the past Chairman of the Board for The Neighborhood Housing Corporation.
Denise has held several leadership positions to include the 2021 Greater Greenville Association of Realtors President, 2019-2021 SC Realtor Association, Board of Director, 2022 SCR Vice Chairman of DEI Committee, 2021 NAR Delegate, 2022 & 2023 NAR Board of Directors and RPAC committee member in her local REALTOR association (GGAR).
In addition to recognition and awards for sales production, Denise is the 2019 recipient of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtor of the Year award and the 2010 Committee Chairman of the Year award for GGAR.
