Carolyn is principal broker for CPJ Ultimate Choice in Dayton, Ohio. Highlighted by the Dayton Weekly News in a “Women of Power” article as an outstanding African American female whose contributions are making a difference in the lives of its citizens, describes her best. She earned undergraduate degrees (Marketing/Finance) from Central State University, attended graduate school at the University of Dayton and earned a master’s degree in Administration from Central Michigan University.
As a licensed real estate broker, Carolyn received awards through her trade association affiliations including REALTOR® of the Year, Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR) Dayton, Ohio REALTIST™ Association (ORA) Perseverance Award, Greater Dayton REALTIST™ Association (GDRA) Cora H. Diggs Outstanding REALTIST™ of the Year, Marie Kendrick REALTOR® of the Year and most recently, RVP Victory Award from (CIRA) Central Indiana REALTIST Association.
Carolyn taught real estate courses at Sinclair Community and Hondros Colleges. She chaired Dayton REALTORS® committees, served as President WCR Dayton Chapter, President GDRA, NAREB® Region VIII Assistant (Indiana, Michigan & Ohio) and 2nd VP for ORA. Carolyn currently serves as NAREB Region VIII RVP, GDRA Board Member, Chair GDRA Ways & Means and Constitution & Bylaws Committees and Chair GDRA Foundation.
