Stacey Carter
About / Bio
Stacey Carter dedicates her life to community outreach, volunteerism, and public service through her role as a housing educator and community activist. Carter started her career with the City of San Diego as a Management Analyst reviewing proposals of Consultants and Developers on Multi-Million Dollar contracts. She later served as the City Clerk’s Ambassador for San Diego’s City Council.

Carter soon founded a successful Southern California Real Estate and Property Management firm promoting homeownership. Working hard to expand her business at every turn. In 2018, she opened a government-funded Housing of Urban Development (HUD) Approved Housing Counseling Agency that serves the residents of San Diego North County and Southwest Riverside County. In wanting to give back, Carter founded Heroes One Source Foundation which provides home-buying and home-selling grants to our military, veterans, police, firefighters, teachers, and doctors. Stacey developed a strong sense of devotion for the non-profit sector as the Housing Chair for the NAACP Branch 1084 from 2015-2017. She is currently a State Director on the board of the California Association of Real Estate Brokers and the National Association of Real Estate Brokers. She is the immediate past President for the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) San Diego Chapter and the Past President of The Women’s Council of Realtors Southwest Riverside Chapter.

Carter is a member of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. - North County San Diego Chapter which is an organization of mothers dedicated to nurturing future African-American leaders by strengthening children through leadership development, volunteer service, philanthropic giving, and civic duty.
